If you have not noticed, it is hot! Temps today will again soar to a few degrees around 90. With the heat and humidity heat values will make it to the mid 90s. The National Weather Service has decided to issues a heat advisory due to it being so early in the year.
Yesterday's Meso Convective System was quite the system and was a fun one to watch. We MAY see some storms today and tomorrow especially along the Mountain Ridges that seem to get the storms from the lift.
Tomorrow will see a better chance of storms as the front moves across the area. That front will have issues clearing too far to the south and east and will absorb Beryl into it providing good rains for the Carolinas. The weakness will also become a focus later in the week for a storm to ride up the east coast. that looks to happen Friday into Saturday. Temps will be cool this weekend with highs only in the 60s and low 70s. Warmer temps should return next week.
Temps will be around 90 today and tomorrow, 70s to low 80s Wednesday through Friday.
