Snow has made it over most of Virginia - Heaviest bande along the Charlottesville - Frericksburg area as this seems to be the are just north of teh main low - 4 - ^' of snow there! 1-4" elsewhere south down to Richmond - Winter's last grasp!
60s and 70s expected Thursday and Friday!
