9/28 Increased concern for Severe

Especially areas east of 95, and even more especially in Southeastern VA! I am seeing bands spiraling around the center of Jeanne's remnants which will mean breaks in rain and possibility of some sunshine in areas. This is more conducive for thunderstorms and instability and is giving me more concern for Tornadoes. Please stay tuned to media and weather outlets for watches and or warnings. Based on what I see, I do believe a tornado watch will be issued for the Southeastern 1/3rd of the Virginia and Maryland areas. This may extent further north and west, but not likely too far west of I-95.
