I really was too focused on my immediate forecast area this morning. The storms with severe and heavy rains are lined up west to east across the center of the state. Seeing flood warnings in Eastern NC. Rains also in South Central Virginia.
A lot of storminess down that way. Also I missed the locally severe storm in Kilmarnock neat the mouth of the Rappahannock. Other isolated severe possible in SE VA.
Busy day down that way! Stay alert!
