Little snow for area tonight. Tuesday threat looking better

A clipper system will move through the area tonight and will have some
snow showers and maybe a period of light snow for the region. Snow
showers will be possible into tomorrow mid day. Cold air settles in
the region with some more snow showers possible Saturday. The real
even appears to be Monday night into Tuesday as a southern storm could
bring a significant to even heavy snow to the region. My confidence is
growing for the event, but I am cautious as there are many variables
to consider.

Thoughts on 12z model runs to come later this morning on

Few other notes. The system tonight and tomorrow sets up a Norlun
feature over NY, MA, CT, North NJ, and Northeastern PA. Interesting!

Long range (about a week from now) looks very cold!

All for now.
