thinking 5 to 9 inches there. Preliminary thoughts. We will have ice

Initial Tuesday thoughts
Northern VA (east of the Mountains) DC *Could* see 3 to 5 inches.
Eastern, and especially Northeastern Maryland to see the most and I am
thinking 5 to 9 inches there. Preliminary thoughts. We will have ice
