Fairfax - 2 - 5" North half of county/ 1-3" south! - Blizzard conditions MAY be met
Arlington - 2 - 5" - Blizzard conditions MAY be met
Richmond - 2" on grass

Baltimore - 5 - 9" - Blizzard
Bel Air - 6 - 10" - Blizzard
Columbia - 4 - 8" Blizzard
